Form.show changes the Word Document behind

I have created a word document template (.dot) file that has a form and

vbscript behind it. The form has a label and 2 buttons. The buttons have

code behind that either assigns a valuable to a variable and closes it or

just closes it. A macro has been created that simply says 'form.show'. The

macro has been added to the toolbar. The template is then added to the the

STARTUP folder for Office. When a new document is opened in Word, selecting

the new macro from the toolbar shows the form. However if numerous documents

are open when the macro is selected the form appears but the document behind

will change to a different open document. Can you help
