    • This technology is in its infancy - a Google search for OCR Handwriting will

      give you a few suggestions. An alternative would be a Palm or Tablet PC into

      which you could pen your notes directly. How successful this is I will leave

      you to judge, as it is an answer to a problem I haven't got.
